Basic information on data protection.
For the purposes of this form, ADIF acts as the Data Controller of the user's personal data collected and processed in order to manage their requests. FindMyLost S.r.l. acts as the Sub-processor on behalf of Italtel SA, which acts as the Data Processor.
Personal data will be processed by the Public Business Entity Administrador de Infraestructuras Ferroviarias (ADIF) for the purpose of managing and controlling lost property.
The legal basis that allows us to process your data is the fulfillment of a legal obligation applicable to the Data Controller.
Data will be kept for at least 6 months from the date of the request regarding the lost property. Once the object has been delivered, it will be kept for a maximum period of 1 year.
We will not communicate your data to third parties except for legal obligations.
You may exercise your rights of access, objection, erasure, and restriction of processing before ADIF, where applicable, by means of a written request, as explained in the "Rights of data subjects" section of the Personal data protection area of our website.
